Let us Strive for Peace and Love

In a world filled with discord and dismay, Where hate and anger reign for a while, Let us find peace in each other's way, And let love be our guiding smile. Let us put aside our differences, And unite as one, without pretenses, For in unity, we'll find our strength, And our hearts will be our greatest defense. Let us respect each other's views, And tolerate the paths we choose, For in diversity, we'll find our way, And our love will shine like a ray of light. Let us treat each other with kindness, And show compassion, without blindness, For in the end, we are all the same, And peace will be our final aim. So let us strive for peace and love, And let it reign in our hearts above, For in peace, we'll find our way, To a brighter day.

Love, peace, where are you these days?

Love, peace, where are you these days?  Why are you so rare in our lives? I  miss the days you were a regular visitor i n our homes, our relationships, marriages, communities, nations. You used to make us laugh freely, a nd helped us talk to one another for hours.  You used to make us assist one another, w ith kindness in our hearts and hands. But since you left, h atred and strife replaced you.  Silence became the norm, a nd unhappiness never left us. Conflicts and strife reigned, w hile you remained elusive, h iding in the shadows, and l eaving us desperate for your return. Oh, love, peace, we long for your presence, t o fill our lives with joy and warmth; t o mend our broken bonds,  and heal the wounds of our hearts. Come back to us, oh love, peace!  In your purest form,  so we may laugh and talk again, a nd assist one another with open hearts. Let us rediscover you, t he beauty that lies within your embrace; t hat brings peace and understanding, a ...

I'll be a bird when I fade away

I'll be a bird when I fade away.  A bird of paradise, with feathered wings and freedom's sting.  I'll flit and flutter, dance and sing, i n a world of wonder, where life's a bling.  With every beat of my wings, I'll rise, a nd touch the sky, with a lover's sigh. I'll know no bounds, no fences to confine, i n this world of beauty, I'll be divine.  I'll dive and swoop, with graceful ease, a nd in the wind, I'll find my peace.  I'll ride the currents, high and low, a nd in the sun, my spirit will glow.   I'll chirp and trill, with a joyful voice, a nd in the trees, my song will rejoice.  I'll be a bird, in my next world, a nd in my heart, my spirit will unfurl.

Life Started and Ended in Sergoit

Many years ago,  my l ife started  here,  In Sergoit, a place of beauty and joy. Where the sun shines brightly, And people have hearts of gold. Here, the fields were lush and green, Full of life and energy, The air was pure and clean, With a scent of serenity.  But as life always goes around, It must come to an end. Here in Sergoit, where life began, Showed up, and dimmed. We are gathered here today, to say goodbyes, To say goodbyes, to the one gone and those alive, And though they may cry, Their love and memories abide. For life start and ends in Sergoit, My birthplace, I so loved, full of joy and grace, Where people come and go, But their spirits will always have a place.
